The Evleyn House is a project is situated in Charlton Riverside, London. It is a new build residential project for our client Hills Group, comprising of 67No. apartments across seven levels, with large commercial spaces to the ground floor.
Works include design and install over 3000m2 SFS infill system, window and door engineered support plates, Siniat Weather Defence board, fire rated EPDM, Visqueen membrane. Siniat full drylining systems, 2500m2 soffit insulation, Tape & Joint finish and screed works.
