Identity, Harlow

Identity is a new business hub in the heart of Harlow, Essex. Providing innovate accommodation for science, technology, research and advanced manufacturing. The development comprises six two-storey units, delivering a total floor area of 13,885m².
 
Works include full Siniat drylining systems, with wall installations reaching heights of up to 12 metres. The project also incorporated 2,000m² of Knauf soffit insulation, Armstrong suspended ceilings to office spaces, and specialist fire encasement to structural steelwork.
 
All areas were completed with a high-quality skim finish, ensuring a clean and professional standard throughout.
