The Southbank Place Building 5 is a project is located in Southbank, London. It is a new build residential project for our client McAleer & Rushe, comprising of 88No. large private apartments and 4No. two storey penthouses across fifteen levels, with extensive views of the iconic London Eye.
Works include design and install EOS SFS infill system, Siniat Weather defence, Rainscreen insulation, steel angle supports, fire rated EPDM and screed to balconies.
