The Sterling House project is located in Loughton, Essex. A commercial project for our client Galliard Construction, which consisted of creating multiple new office and commercial spaces, including a large gym facility.
Works include full Siniat systems, fire-rated partitions up to 7m in height, new ceilings, shaftwall, fire stopping, acoustic upgrades and insulated render.
